We feel trapped

We live in “the Pristine Gulf Islands of Beautiful Natural British Columbia” where people are truly misguided about how “natural” burning wood is. We had been enjoying country life, but the wood smoke is a true killer. We had no idea it would be this bad.

We feel trapped. I hate having to wear masks, or miss being outdoors on a sunny day; I am being robbed of my own health — by others. I cannot defend myself from this toxic weapon.
