Chimney near bedroom window

My new neighbours installed a wood burning stove a few months ago. The outlet is VERY near my bedroom window. My house is constantly full of the smell in every room, but overpowering in my lounge and bedroom!

My neighbours work from home during the day so it’s nonstop. I have a progressive lung disease and it’s affecting my breathing. Also my mental health!! I'm desperate for help. I have involved Environmental health. Kept a diary of when the chimney smokes. I'm not confident in them solving my problem.

I think unless you’re living with it, it’s difficult to be aware how bad it is.
