Asthma in a smoked-out smoke control area

There are three people living in our house with asthma. Just recently a lot of people have moved in around here from the cities, and have bought houses with chimneys. We live in Victorian terraces, in a smoke control area.

The air quality has fallen off a cliff. The trees hold the smoke and it gets into our house. I bought an air quality meter and the air is often at dangerous levels.
